Our story starts in New Zealand when our founder first saw a Fantail bird and was enchanted by its cheeky personality. This engaging little bird became the inspiration for the rum with its black and white fan tail. As she traveled around the beautiful islands with her family, they connected with small charities working to protect natural habitats and native species and wanted to make a positive impact. The spiced rum has been inspired by the iconic flavours unique to the country to create rum that captures the spirit of New Zealand.
